Cocoa powder1/2 cup
Coconut or brown sugar5 tablespoon
Oatmeal or Coconut Flakes2 tablespoon
Coconut oil or 3 level tablespoons of butter5 dessert spoon
Egg1 unit(s)
Milk if you need to bind the dough until it releases from your hands to taste

Sift all the dry ingredients and mix well. Add oil/butter and egg and mix well.
If necessary, add a few tablespoons of milk until the dough comes off your hands. Roll out the dough and cut with cutters or knife.
Light to bake in greased roast and oven preheated to 180º for approximately 20 minutes. Baking time varies depending on the oven and the thickness of the cookies.
