- Mix all the ingredients until a homogeneous mass is formed.
- Leave it in the fridge for 20 minutes (after the dough will probably be very firm and shaping your cookies will be very easy, if not, add a little more oatmeal).
- Bake in the oven at medium temperature, for 30 minutes, or until they are very firm and slightly golden underneath.
