- Organic Dry Yeast10 g
- Milk1 cup
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Ground beef400 g
- Small onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic1 teaspoon
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Mix the egg, sugar, yeast, milk (warm to cold) and the melted butter, in a bowl and add half of the flour.
- Put the salt only at that moment so I don't kill the yeast and add the rest of the flour.
- Knead with your hands until the flour completely disappears, if it is sticking to your hands you can add a little more flour... The point is when you stick your finger in the dough it doesn't get sunken.. Let it rest while you prepare the stuffing.
- Spread flour on the clean bench and stretch the dough until it is thin (2 mm) With the help of a circular shape or the mouth of a glass, cut circles and fill with the raw ground meat... Close the circle by joining two edges and then closing at the bottom .
- To prepare the stuffing, just mix the meat with the finely chopped onion and garlic, season with salt to taste.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200° until golden.. When you take it out of the oven, butter the esfiha while still hot...
