  • Sour cream200 g
  • Dulce de leche400 g
  • Cinnamon Stick03 unit(s)
  1. Beat the egg whites in a mixer, then add the yolks, sugar and oil and beat again. Then add the milk and wheat flour and cinnamon powder and let it beat some more until it forms a homogeneous mass for about 5 min. Finish with the baking powder and beat some more. With the shape already greased pour the dough and put it in the oven.
  2. Preheated oven 15 min. Before. Form greased with release agent or butter. Oven time on average 45 minutes depending on the temperature of each oven. With the cake ready, now we go to the icing: In a pan add the condensed milk together with the cream and bring to the fire, let it dissolve and mix the cream well until it is very homogeneous. For an average of 8 minutes, turn off the fire and that's it and just put it on the cake. Sprinkle with a powder pen and add the cinnamon sticks just to decorate.
