Bata na batedeira as claras em neve, logo depois adicione as gemas, o açúcar e o óleo e bata novamente. 
Em seguida adicione o leite e a farinha de trigo e a canela em pó e deixe bater mais um pouco até formar uma massa homogênea por cerca de 5 min. Finalize com o fermento em pó e bate mais um pouco. Com a forma já untada despeje a massa e coloque no forno. 

Beat the egg whites in a mixer, then add the yolks, sugar and oil and beat again.
Then add the milk and wheat flour and cinnamon powder and let it beat some more until it forms a homogeneous mass for about 5 min. Finish with the baking powder and beat some more. With the shape already greased pour the dough and put it in the oven.

Forno pré aquecido 15 min. Antes. 
Forma untada com desmoldante ou manteiga.

Tempo de forno em média 45 minutos dependendo da temperatura de cada forno. 

Com o bolo pronto já finalizado agora vamos para a cobertura:
Em uma panela adicione o leite condensado juntamente com o creme de leite e leve ao fogo, deixe dissolver e misture bem o creme até ficar bem homogêneo. Por em média 8 minutos desligue o fogo e pronto e só colocar sobre o bolo.  Polvilhe com caneta em pó e adicione a canela em paus somente para decorar.

With the cake ready, now we go to the icing:
In a pan add the condensed milk together with the cream and bring to the fire, let it dissolve and mix the cream well until it is very homogeneous. For an average of 8 minutes, turn off the fire and that's it and just put it on the cake. Sprinkle with a powder pen and add the cinnamon sticks just to decorate.
