- In the blender put the sausages, half an onion, paprika, black pepper, oregano and salt and half the mayonnaise and beat. Put it in the refractory and take it to the fridge for 20 minutes.
- In the blender put the mayonnaise, oregano, chimichurri the green smell, thyme, basil, half an onion and salt. Hit well. Put it in the refractory and take it to the fridge for 20 minutes.
- Cut the buns with a Christmas tree cookie cutter. Put the herb pâté on a slice of bread and on another slice of bread put the sausage pâté and place one on top of the other and close with a loaf of bread.
