- Oat bran2 tablespoon
- Cocoa powder1 tablespoon
- Brown sugar1 tablespoon
- Soybean oil1 tablespoon
- Coconut or whole milk5 tablespoon
- Baking powder1 coffee spoon
- Crushed peanuts1 tablespoon
- Mix all ingredients, except peanuts, in a mug. Add the peanut after mixing all the ingredients.
- On full microwave power, place the mug for 1 minute and 40 seconds. Insert a toothpick, when the time is up, to see if it's cooked. If not cooked, add another 20 seconds. Serve immediately.
