Em uma batedeira, bata ligeiramente a manteiga e, acrescente aos poucos as gemas e o leite condensado em fio, até obter um creme bem leve e esbranquiçado (aproximadamente 20 minutos batendo em velocidade média).

In a mixer, lightly beat the butter and gradually add the yolks and condensed milk in a stream, until you get a very light and whitish cream (approximately 20 minutes, beating on medium speed).

Desligue a batedeira e peneire, aos poucos, a farinha de trigo, o chocolate, o sal e o bicarbonato, misturando delicadamente com um batedor de arame de modo a obter uma massa lisa e homogênea. Reserve.

Turn off the mixer and sift, little by little, the wheat flour, chocolate, salt and bicarbonate, mixing gently with a wire whisk to obtain a smooth and homogeneous dough. Reserve.

Unte com manteiga duas assadeiras grandes e coloque nelas pequenas porções da massa, mantendo uma distância aproximada de 9 cm entre cada porção.

Butter two large baking sheets and place small portions of the dough on them, keeping a distance of approximately 9 cm between each portion.

Decore cada cookie com cubinhos de chocolate e leve ao forno médio (180°C), preaquecido, por cerca de 30 minutos, ou até eles assarem por igual. 

Decorate each cookie with chocolate cubes and bake in a medium oven (180°C), preheated, for about 30 minutes, or until they are evenly baked.
