- In a mixer, beat the egg whites.
- Add the yolks, one by one, and add the sugar.
- Slowly pour in the milk, beating constantly. Gently incorporate the sifted flour with the Chocolate Powder and the baking powder.
- Pour into a round shape (28 cm in diameter) greased with butter and sprinkled with wheat flour and bake in a medium-high oven (200ºC), preheated, for about 40 minutes.
- Unmold, let cool and cut in half.
- In a pan, mix the MOÇA Milk, the butter and the Chocolate Powder.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, for about 6 minutes or until a soft brigadeiro is formed.
- Fill one of the parts of the cake with half of the brigadeiro, cover with the other half of the dough, and spread the rest of the brigadeiro with a spatula or knife on the sides and surface of the cake. Finish with the grated chocolate.
