- Salt and Seasoning to taste
- Olive Oil to taste
- In a bowl, add the chickpeas and filtered water, and leave to soak for 12 hours;
- After that time, remove the water and add salt, seasonings of your choice and a drizzle of olive oil;
- Bake in the oven or airfryer at 200 degrees for approximately 15 minutes.
