- Preheat the oven while preparing the dough. In a bowl mix the flours, add 1 whole egg and 1 white, mix and finally add the butter. Mix with your hands until the dough forms a ball and comes away from your hands. Line a baking sheet or pyrex with half of the dough. Put the stuffing and cover with the other half of the dough. Brush the yolk over the pie lid.
