Chickpea pie

1 kg de frango desfiado e bemmmm temperado (cebola, alho, tomilho desidratado, pimenta preta e cheiro verde)
1 pote de creme de ricota ou catupiry
Molho de tomate a gosto


1 kg of shredded and well-seasoned chicken (onion, garlic, dehydrated thyme, black pepper and green smell)
1 pot of ricotta or catupiry cream
Tomato sauce to taste


Preaqueça o forno enquanto prepara a massa. Em uma bacia misture as farinhas, adicione 1 ovo inteiro e 1 clara, misture e por último coloque a manteiga. Vá misturando com as mãos até a massa virar uma bola e desgrudar das mãos.
Forre um tabuleiro ou pirex com a metade da massa. Coloque o recheio e cubra com a outra metade da massa. Pincele a gema sobre a tampa do empadão.


Preheat the oven while preparing the dough. In a bowl mix the flours, add 1 whole egg and 1 white, mix and finally add the butter. Mix with your hands until the dough forms a ball and comes away from your hands.
Line a baking sheet or pyrex with half of the dough. Put the stuffing and cover with the other half of the dough. Brush the yolk over the pie lid.
