- Garlic Cloves3 unit(s)
- Water2 tablespoon
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Tahini1/3 cup
- Sicilian lemon6 tablespoon
- Black pepper to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Beat everything in the processor or blender until it forms a paste, adding the olive oil until you get the right point.
- TIP 1: chickpeas can be sold ready, in a box or in a can. More practical.
- TIP 2: remove the cape from the chickpeas, this will make the paste less heavy.
