Cold unsalted butter200 g
Salt / 1 tsp5 ml
Water55 ml

**FOR MASS
Put the flour in a bowl and add the cubed butter. Knead with your fingertips until it forms a crumb.
Add the salt.
Add the water little by little, until you get the desired alloy.
**FOR THE FILLING
In a pan, brown the onion and garlic in olive oil.
Add the chicken, tomato paste, salt, nutmeg and water as needed. Let it cook for a while and set aside until cold.
**MOUNTING
Divide the dough in 2. Open the 2 parts with the help of a rolling pin.
Arrange a part under a mold, place the stuffing and the catupiry on top.
Cover with the other part of dough and bake for 1 hour in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
