  • Unleavened Wheat500 g
  • Egg Yolk4 unit(s)
  • Salt1 dessert spoon
  • Creamcheese450 g
  • Shredded and braised chicken600 g
  • Sesame to taste
  1. In a bowl, add the wheat and margarine, crumbling with your fingertips until all the flour is penetrated into the margarine.
  2. Add 2 egg yolks and the salt, stir well until the dough comes away from your hands. If it is sticky, add a little flour and keep adjusting, stirring well to better incorporate the ingredients.
  3. Open your dough in the pie pans, I used the medium size aluminum pans. For the base I weighed 50g of dough. Weigh all the bases and set aside some of the dough for the lids. For the pie lid I weighed 25g of dough.
  4. After opening the bases, add the creamcheese to the bottom of your pies, about 50g, then put the chicken about 60g.
  5. Fill all the pies with this process until finally, close the pies with the lids, brush the yolks on top, finish with sesame or oregano.
  6. Oven preheated to 200 degrees C. Leave the pies until they are golden brown.
