  • Cottage cheese2 unit(s)
  • Mozzarella300 g
  • grated cheese1 to taste
  • Pasta/tomato sauce1 unit(s)
  • Margarine/butter1 dessert spoon
  1. Season the chicken breast to taste and bring to a boil. Once cooked, shred the entire breast. In a mold with a removable rim, brush butter/margarine and add the loaf of bread. Arrange the first layer of bread in the pan starting from the side and then line the bottom. Add pasta/tomato sauce to the buns at the bottom. Add a part of the shredded chicken, then the curd. Add another layer of bread, and repeat the previous process. In the last layer, after the curd, add the grated mozzarella and sprinkle the grated cheese. On the edges, if you prefer, you can add cottage cheese. Fold the buns on the side so they are edges. Brush margarine/butter on the edge of the buns and bake at 200° for 25/30 min. serve next
