- Shredded Chicken500 kg
- In the blender, place the eggs, oil, milk, grated cheese, salt and wheat flour. ▪️ TIP: Always put liquid ingredients first.
- ▪️Beat everything for approximately 2 minutes
- ▪️ Add the baking powder and hit for 15 seconds, to mix the baking powder with the dough. ▪️ Then pour half of that dough in a greased and infarinhada shape.
- ▪️ Then add the stuffing over that dough. ▪️ Cover the stuffing with the rest of the dough.
- ▪️ Light to bake in preheated oven, 180º, for approximately 35 minutes or until golden.
