  • Shredded chicken500 g
  • Mayonnaise2 tablespoon
  • Cottage cheese2 tablespoon
  • Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
  • Chopped tomato1 unit(s)
  • Corn1 can(s)
  • Seasonings to taste1 to taste
  1. In the blender place the milk, eggs, oil, grated cheese, salt and flour, beat for 2 minutes.
  2. Add the yeast and beat for 20 seconds.
  3. Book and prepare the filling
  4. Fry the chopped onion in olive oil or oil until golden
  5. Add the tomato, corn and chicken already cooked and shredded and mix
  6. Add the two tablespoons of curd mayonnaise and seasonings to taste.
  7. Adjust the salt and mix well
  8. In a greased form put half the mass of the blender
  9. Put all the stuffing mixture
  10. And cover with the other half of the dough.
  11. Bake in the oven for 35 minutes until golden brown to your liking.
