  • Egg (yolk only)1 unit(s)
  • Olive oil1 tablespoon
  • Salt1 coffee spoon
  • Chicken breast500 g
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Lemon1 unit(s)
  • Coarse salt1 tablespoon
  • Tomato Extract1 unit(s)
  1. Start by seasoning the cubed chicken with coarse salt and lemon, let it marinate for 30 minutes. After putting a thread of olive oil in the pan and sauté the chicken, add the chopped onion and tomato extract, add 1 glass of water and let it cook for about 10 minutes. After cooling down, grind in a food processor.
  2. For the dough: Mix the margarine, olive oil, the yolk and the salt in the bowl, gradually add the wheat flour until it comes off your hands.
  3. Assemble the empadinhas, fill and brush with egg yolk and bake in a medium oven for about 40 minutes.
