- Start by seasoning the cubed chicken with coarse salt and lemon, let it marinate for 30 minutes. After putting a thread of olive oil in the pan and sauté the chicken, add the chopped onion and tomato extract, add 1 glass of water and let it cook for about 10 minutes. After cooling down, grind in a food processor.
- For the dough: Mix the margarine, olive oil, the yolk and the salt in the bowl, gradually add the wheat flour until it comes off your hands.
- Assemble the empadinhas, fill and brush with egg yolk and bake in a medium oven for about 40 minutes.
