- Wheat flour200 g
- Milk400 g
- Egg3 unit(s)
- Oil100 ml
- Shredded Chicken to taste
- Tomato sauce of your choice to taste
- Put the milk, oil, and eggs to beat in the blender, then put the flour, if the dough gets hard, add milk.
- In a frying pan put a thread of oil and with a ladle put some of the dough in the center of the frying pan, and spread it all over the frying pan.
- Bake both sides and remove, fill with the shredded chicken, and arrange on a baking sheet.
- Do this process with all the dough.
- When finished, put the tomato sauce on top and take it to the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
