Processar o frango com a cenoura, a cebola, o alho, sal, coentro e temperos a gosto. Acrescentar o farelo de aveia, untar as mãos com azeite e modelar os nuggets, Empanar com farinha de linhaça ou outra da preferência. Levar ao forno pré aquecido a 180 graus para assar dos dois lados. 

Process the chicken with the carrot, onion, garlic, salt, coriander and seasonings to taste. Add the oat bran, grease your hands with olive oil and shape the nuggets, breading with flaxseed flour or another one of your choice. Place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees to bake on both sides.
