Onion powder1/2 cup
Garlic Powder1/2 cup
paprika1/2 cup
Salt1 teaspoon
Almond flour (for breading)1/2 cup
Grated cheese (for breading)1/3 cup
Paprika (for breading)1 teaspoon

Place the chicken, 1 egg white (reserve the yolk for later) and the seasonings in the food processor. Beat until it forms a homogeneous mass. Separate small portions of the dough and with a lightly greased hand, shape the nuggets. Roll the nuggets in the beaten eggs (the remaining egg plus the yolk) and then in the almond flour, cheese and paprika mixture. Bake in a preheated medium oven for about 20 minutes.
