- Chicken Breast400 g
- Garlic to taste
- Onion to taste
- Green Smell to taste
- Golden flaxseed flour40 g
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- In a food processor, process all ingredients except egg and flour.
- After processing the chicken with the seasonings, mold into the shape of nuggets of the size you prefer.
- With a fork, beat the egg and pass each nugget in the beaten egg and then in the flaxseed flour.
- Bake for 40min or until golden or airfryer for 25min or until golden.
