  • Chicken broth1 unit(s)
  • Rosemary to taste
  1. Put the skinless chicken breast to cook, add the chicken broth. Stick a fork to see if it's cooked well, then shred or moua.
  2. Cut the onion, chop it very small, put it in a pan with a little oil to sauté, add the ground or shredded chicken, the garlic, and seasonings to taste.
  3. Pasta In a pan, put the water, the milk and the spoon of butter, and let it boil.
  4. Add the wheat flour. Mix quickly so the dough doesn't clump, until it doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan, I prefer to use non-stick pans. Let cool and set aside.
  5. MOUNTING Take the cooled dough and make balls. Open the dough in your hand and put the stuffing, and model the coxinha.
  6. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs! Then dip the coxinha in the beaten egg then in the breadcrumbs.
  7. Fry in hot oil, remove with a slotted spoon, drain well, place on a plate with paper towels to dry.
  8. Serve and enjoy! Tip: This dough can be used with other fillings!
