  • Wheat flour2 cup
  • Shredded chicken breast1 unit(s)
  • Olive oil3 tablespoon
  • medium chopped onion1 unit(s)
  • Chopped Tomatoes2 unit(s)
  • Salt, parsley and chives to taste
  • Breadcrumbs2 cup
  • Beaten eggs2 unit(s)
  1. Put the chicken stock, oil, salt and flour in a pan. Cook over low heat and stir constantly until it releases from the bottom of the pan and forms a ball. Saute the chicken with the rest of the ingredients. Let the dough cool and, with your hands, separate it into small portions. Open each portion in the palm of your hand, spread the cold stuffing and model the drumstick. Dip the drumsticks in the beaten egg with salt and then in the breadcrumbs. Fry the drumsticks in hot oil.
