  • Whole milk3 cup
  • Butter3 tablespoon
  • Chicken broth tablet1 unit(s)

  • Breadcrumbs1 cup
  1. Stuffing: Cook and shred the chicken. Season with your favorite seasonings and wait for it to cool.
  2. Pasta: heat the milk, chicken stock and butter over medium heat. Wait for it to boil and add the wheat flour and salt quickly, that is, all at once.
  3. Stir with a wooden spoon and knead until it is very homogeneous and begins to unglue from the bottom of the pan.
  4. Dust a worktop with flour and transfer the dough to it. When cool, knead and knead until the dough is very smooth.
  5. Now just assemble the drumstick! Separate a piece of the dough, open it in a circular shape in your hand, fill with catupiry and chicken and model in the shape of the coxinha.
  6. Pass the drumsticks in a container with milk, and then in the breadcrumbs.
  7. When the oil is very hot add the drumsticks little by little and fry until golden!
