Chicken crepioca with tomato and arugula

  • Hydrated tapioca gum2 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Cooked and shredded chicken to taste
  • cherry tomato to taste
  • Arugula to taste
  • Sliced Mozzarella1 unit(s)
  1. Beat the egg and 2 tablespoons of tapioca in a bowl with a fork. Put salt to taste.
  2. In a non-stick skillet over low heat, place the mixture and let it brown on both sides.
  3. Then add a slice of mozzarella, the chicken and the tomato. Fold in half and let it heat up so the mozzarella can melt.
  4. Turn off the heat and open the crepioca again to add the arugula. Ready, you can now taste your crepioca.
