Ingredients

  • 120 ml coconut milk 20 g chia seeds (2 tablespoons) 2 tablespoons honey or optional demerara sugar (2 teaspoons) | 2 teaspoon

Recipe

  1. Mix the milk and honey until the honey dissolves. place 20 g (1 tablespoon) of chia seeds in each small container with the coconut milk and honey mixture. Stir very well so that the seeds do not clump together. Let it rest for 5 minutes.
  2. after 5 minutes of rest, the seeds will be partially gelled, stir again to prevent the seeds from clumping together. Cover the containers and place in the fridge/freezer for 6 to 8 hours. The pudding on the left was prepared about 5 minutes ago and the pudding on the right about 1 minute ago. It is also possible to prepare chia pudding in a liquid meter, and then divide into individual containers.
