Ingredients

  • Eggs | 3 unit(s)
  • Sweet peas 2 and a half cups | 2.1/2 cup
  • grated cheese | 1 cup
  • Oil | 1/2 cup
  • Shallow spoon salt | 1 teaspoon
  • Yeast | 1 tablespoon

Recipe

  1. Put all the ingredients in the blender (except the yeast, we will beat this last) Beat for 3 minutes until a very homogeneous mass. Finally add the yeast and beat a little more just to mix. Pour the mixture in a greased shape with oil and take it to bake at 200° in the preheated oven. for approximately 40 minutes. Ready, now it's time to delight and strain a hot coffee to accompany.
  2. Extra tip: the amount of salt will depend on the seasoning of your cheese, adjust the salt last, if the cheese is salty, put less salt, if the cheese is unsalted, add more salt.
