- As the name suggests, this hamburger is a delicious fusion of cheese, the recipe makes two portions, the first thing we will do is fry our ground beef
- so that it has a special touch in the style of homemade recipes, I advise you to adobe it with a little garlic and pepper, make it the size you want, it is advisable that it be larger than the size of the bread since it will be reduced
- we will pass it through beaten egg and we will fry our meat.
- In our breads we will put two slices of cheddar cheese and one of Edam cheese, this will be the base
- so that the onion has a more delicious flavor we will season it a little in a frying pan with a little oil, once ready we will place it on top
- by this time the meat should be ready (approximately 15 minutes browned on both sides)
- let's put it on top and add the two remaining slices to each of the burgers that we have prepared
