- Mozzarella cheese150 g
- Olive oil100 ml
- Garlic Clove7 unit(s)
- Rosemary to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Grate the mozzarella cheese into a bowl.
- Chop the garlic cloves.
- Add oil in a skillet and sauté the garlic until golden brown, on low heat so it doesn't burn.
- After browning the garlic, pour this garlic oil on top of the mozzarella. Stir to incorporate.
- Add rosemary, salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve with toast.
