  • Oil1/2 cup
  • warm water1.1/2 cup
  • dry yeast100 g
  • cheese (cut into strips)300 g
  • wheat1 kg
  • Condensed milk and grated coconut0 to taste
  1. Mix the sugar, yeast, eggs and warm water, let it rest for 10 minutes.
  2. Then add the salt, oil and wheat little by little, kneading until the dough comes away from your hands, knead for about 15 minutes.
  3. Let it rest for 45 minutes, until it doubles in volume, then divide the dough.
  4. Cut the cheese into sticks and wrap it with the dough, let it rise again, bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden, finish throwing condensed milk on top and sprinkle the grated coconut
