  • warm water1 cup
  • biological yeast10 g
  • salt1 teaspoon
  • Wheat to the point800 g
  • Grated coconut for sprinkling0 to taste
  • Condensed milk0 to taste
  1. Beat the sugar and the egg well, then add the warm water and the yeast, mixing well.
  2. Add the wheat flour until it forms a migau, let it rest for 45 min, after that time add the oil and salt and gradually add the wheat, until you get the point.
  3. Cut the cheese into long pieces and roll the dough into them as desired.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 45 minutes.
  5. While baking, make the sugar syrup or use condensed milk and sprinkle grated coconut on top.
