Misture todos os ingredientes,  menos a gema, até soltar da mão. 
Faça o formato que desejar, pincele com a gema. 
Para ficar bonito, polvilhe queijo ralado em cima, antes de levar ao forno. 
Leve ao forno pré  aquecido de 25 a 30 min, depende do seu forno, até ficar corado. 
Quando está ficando pronto a  casa começa a ficar com cheiro que queijo.



Mix all the ingredients, except the yolk, until it comes out of your hand.
Make the shape you want, brush with the yolk.
To look nice, sprinkle grated cheese on top, before putting it in the oven.
Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 min, depending on your oven, until browned.
When it's getting ready, the house starts to smell like cheese.
