Cheese bread with easy tapioca

- Tapioca Gum | 2 cup
- Parmesan Cheese | 150 mg
- Cream cheese | 200 mg
- In a container, add the tapioca, the cheese, the curd, mix well until it forms a dough and take it to the fridge for about 30 minutes.
Attention: the dough should not be too hard or too soft. If it gets tough, add a little more cheese. If it gets soft, add a little more tapioca.
Spread some butter on your hands, take small portions of the dough and mold into balls.
Transfer to a shape (greased with oil) and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes or until golden.
