- Grated Parmesan Cheese50 g
- Cream cheese2 tablespoon
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- grated pepperoni2 tablespoon
- Cake Yeast1 teaspoon
- Just mix all the ingredients of the dough well, add cheese to taste, if the dough is too dry add a little water.
- I sautéed the grated pepperoni with onion and green smell to use in the stuffing. I opened a little of the dough in my hand, I put a little bit of the stuffing and a teaspoon of cream cheese and closed the bun, (don't put too much stuffing so your bun doesn't open while it bakes).
- I put the rolls in the airfryer and baked for 10 minutes at 180°. They are simply delicious.
