  • Milk1 cup
  • Oil1 cup
  1. 1- In a pan, boil water, milk, oil and salt.

  3. 3-When the dough is warm, add the eggs one by one and knead the dough with your hands.
  4. 4- Add the grated mozzarella and knead again.
  5. 5- Make balls with the dough and place on a baking sheet. Bake in a preheated medium oven (180º C) for 30 min or until browned.
