Heat the oil, milk and water in a pan until boiling. In a bowl put the sprinkle and salt to taste, set aside.
After the mixture boils, you can scald the flour and stir with a spoon. As soon as it cools down, add the eggs little by little and beat well. Finally, add the grated cheese and add more salt if needed.
