- Grated Parmesan Cheese100 g
- Standard Minas cheese or mozzarella350 g
- In a pan, add the milk, water, oil and salt, bring to a boil and then turn off the pan so the liquid doesn't overflow.
- Put all your flour in a large container and add the liquid that we boiled and mix well with a spoon. Let the dough rest until lukewarm.
- After cooling the dough, take your eggs and give them a light stir before adding them to the dough. Then add and mix by hand until a homogeneous mass is formed. Mix for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Then add the grated Parmesan cheese and the grated standard Minas cheese and mix well.
- Preheat the oven to 200° degrees. Unite your shape with a little oil and form balls with the dough, distribute in the shape with a space between the balls and bake for 30 minutes or until golden. Serve warm!
