In a bowl, bring the water and butter to a boil.
In the vazinha put the sprinkle and scald with the hot water, mix well with a wooden spoon, until it gets warm
Add the grated Parmesan cheese and mix the dough.
After you put all the cheese, add the egg and mix, then start beating with your hands until you get a smooth, light and very consistent dough.
I didn't need to add salt, because the cheese I used was already salty and it was at the good point of salt (but you can add salt to your taste)
Shape into balls and bake for 30 minutes or until golden.
If you're not baking right away, freeze the balls in a shape, then remove and put in bags.
When you are going to bake, defrost for about 10 minutes and take it to the oven or air freyr. It's very tasty
