  • Sour tapioca starch2 cup
  • Milk1 cup
  • Melted coconut oil or olive oil3 tablespoon
  • Eggs2 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Grated mozzarella cheese2 cup
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°
  2. Mix the milk and oil in a pan and heat until it starts to boil
  3. Pour the hot mixture over the sour cassava starch in a large bowl and mix well until you obtain a homogeneous dough.
  4. Let the dough cool slightly and add the eggs and salt. Mix until smooth.
  5. Add the grated mozzarella cheese to the dough and mix well
  6. Form the dough into balls and place on a greased baking tray or lined with baking paper. The dough may be soft before going into the oven, this is normal.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until they are golden brown
