- Mozzarella cheese300 g
- Fresh Parmesan Cheese300 g
- Salt to taste
- In a mug, boil water, oil, milk and salt.
- As soon as it boils, pour it on top of the Polvilho, stirring it with the spatula.
- Wait for it to cool a little, add the eggs and mix.
- Finally add the cheeses, mix well until you unglue your hands..
- Make small balls, you can take it to the freezer for about 30 minutes, transfer to a bag and freeze.
- Or you can bake it right away.
