Em uma panela ferva o leite e o óleo,adicione o sal e o polvilho misture com o auxílio de uma colher recomendo de silicone ,acrescente o ovo mexa . 
Leve para uma bancada ou tábua e sove essa massa rapidamente ela irá esfriar assim que isso acontecer  adicione os queijos (ralar) continue sovando . Porcione as bolinhas de aproximadamente 30g cada leve para assar em forno a 180°c
