Em uma bacia adicione o polvilho e sal,reserve.
Coloque o leite e o óleo pra ferver junto,adicione fervendo no polvilho e misture com uma colher,o ponto fica meio “grudento”mole,espere esfriar e coloque os ovos,vai sovando a massa,em seguida adicione o queijo ralado,vai sovando. 
Assim,que a massa tiver no ponto é só ir fazendo as bolinhas e colocar pra assar até ficar douradinho,em torno de 40 minutos.
