- Oil1/2 cup
- Sour Sprinkle450 g

- Grated Mozzarella300 g
- Parmesan150 g
- In a bowl, place the flour and salt, mix and serve.
- In a pan put the oil and milk. Bring to a boil. When it boils, pour this mixture over the sprinkle and mix using a spoon or spatula.
- Add the eggs and mix some more.
- Add the cheeses and incorporate them well into the dough with the help of your hands.
- Shape the buns into balls and bake until golden.
- Tip: you can prepare the rolls, freeze them already shaped and bake them whenever you prefer.
