- Sweet cassava starch 3 and 1/23 cup
- Milk1 cup
- Oil100 ml
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Grated cheese100 g
- Chopped mozzarella100 g
- Salt1 dessert spoon
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Add the oil, milk, eggs and salt to the blender. Beat everything until smooth.
- Little by little add the tapioca starch, cheese and yeast.
- Place in the pan and bake until risen and golden.
