- Sweet sprinkle300 g
- sour starch200 g
- Salt1 dessert spoon
- Milk300 ml
- Oil150 ml
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Half-cured cheese or Parmesan2 cup
- Mix the sweet sprinkle, sour sprinkle and salt.
- Heat the milk and oil until it boils.
- Pour the liquid mixture on top of the dry and mix.
- Add the eggs and stir
- Add the cheese, stir and knead the dough well until it comes away from the bowl.
- Place in the fridge for 10 minutes
- Shape into balls and place on a buttered baking sheet.
- Bake for approximately 15 minutes.
