- Salt to taste
- Mozzarella or Parmesan cheese200 g
- Mix the oil and milk and bring to a boil.
- Add the salt and 600g of flour and add what was boiled, mix and wait for it to cool.
- Add the eggs and cheese and mix, the point is for it to unglue from your hand, if it gets too soft just add the sprinkle little by little
- Roll up and place in a greased shape with oil or release agent.
- Bake in a preheated medium oven at 180°C for 30min or Ayrfrier at the same temperature for 10 to 15min
- You can freeze this recipe after rolling
