- Add the water, milk and oil with the salt and bring to a boil. Remove when it starts to boil.
- In a bowl add the sour chickpeas.
- Add the boil to the sprinkle and mix with a wooden spoon.

- Add the cheese and mix by hand kneading.
- It will turn on very quickly. Then make balls according to the desired size.
- Bake at 180°C for 40 minutes on a baking sheet. No need to grease.
