- Shredded Mozzarella1 cup
- Sour Sprinkle1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Add to a bowl, 1 box of cream, 1 cup (of cottage cheese) of grated mozzarella, 1 cup (of cottage cheese) of sour sprinkles and salt to taste.
- Knead until the dough releases from your hands, make small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Take to bake in preheated medium oven at 180°C, until they are golden.
