Wheat flour1.5 cup
Butter2 tablespoon
Grated Standard Cheese1/2 cup
Grated Parmesan Cheese1/4 cup
Salt to taste
Milk1/2 cup
Baking powder1 tablespoon

In a bowl, mix the flour, salt and yeast with the cold butter. Use your fingertips to stir until crumbly.
Add the cheeses and milk and mix well. If necessary, add more flour until the dough does not stick to your hands.
Sprinkle flour on a countertop and roll out the dough with a rolling pin.
Use a cookie cutter to cut the dough and place the cookies in a greased shape.
Sprinkle grated cheese on top of the cookies and bake in a preheated oven until golden. It takes about 15 minutes.
